Wire EDM
Mitsubishi FX20: Our 4 Axis totally submerged
wire EDM is one of the finest machines available.
It has a machining range of 19.69"x13.77"x11.81"
(x-y-z). It is also equipped with an Auto Wire threader, 44 lb. wire spool & 3 R 1 Minute Setup tooling. This allows us to set up in just a matter of minutes and run unattended for those extremely long jobs. To provide quality high tolerances on parts, the EDM is in an atmospheric controlled room.
Vertical Machining Centers
Okuma MC-4VAE: Equipped with a 15 HP, 60-6000 RPM spindle and a table travel of 30"x17"x17" (x-y-z).
Okuma Cadet Mate: Equipped with a 15 HP, 40-8000 RPM spindle and a table travel of 40"x20"x20" (x-y-z).
Our Vertical Machining Centers have enough power to work on all types of tool steel, along with enough RPM to work on plastics & aluminum materials. They also have 20 station CAT 40 toolchangers, with automatic tool change cycles of 2 seconds, along with 591 ipm rapid travels. This will ensure some of the fastest cycle times. Our Vertical Machining Centers provide the accuracy and repeatability to produce perfect pieces, time after time.
CNC Lathes
Okuma Big Bore: 2 axis CNC Turning Center has a 10" Chuck, 15.75" swing, and 19.69" cc, with a 2.56" bore capacity through the spindle. The automatic barfeeder makes it ideal for long run jobs.
